Smittys Pen Works is committed to protecting your privacy.  We collect information required to assure proper filling and shipping your order and maintain your account if you register or join Smitty's Club. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party with or without your prior approval. In the future, we might (but currently do not) use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Smitty's Pen Works does not and never will sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.  If we do begin using information to send notifications we will offer you a means to unsubscribe.
